You can pay securely online via PayPal (using your bank account or credit card). You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal – just check out as a Guest. During checkout from Azune.com, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website where PayPal will collect your payment information and then let us know when your payment has successfully cleared. We do not have access to any of your personal banking or credit card information.

How much does shipping cost?

For shipments to Canada and the USA, the following shipping rates apply:

Hair Clips and Crocheted Cuffs (1 or more): $3.00 flat rate
Crocheted Hats (1 or more): $5.00 flat rate
Photographic Prints (1 or more): $5.00 flat rate
Local Delivery (Victoria, B.C., Canada only): Free
Local Pick-up (Victoria, B.C., Canada only): Free

With flat rate shipping fees, the rate is charged once per items class, independent of how many items in that class you purchase. For example, if you want two hair clips and one crocheted cuff shipped to one address in Canada or the USA, the shipping charge for your order would be $4.00 total. If you wanted two hair clips and one photography, the shipping total would be $9.00 ($4.00 + $5.00). There are no handling fees.

Where are items made and shipped from?

Items are made in and shipped from Victoria, B.C., Canada.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and to all Canadian Provinces and Territories, except Manitoba and Quebec. International orders are welcome, but we ask you to contact us first so that we can accurately quote a shipping fee.

How quickly are items shipped to me?

All items are shipped within 1 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery time depends on your location and the type of delivery method selected.

Is tax charged on top of the listed price of your items?

We do collect tax from Canadian customers, but not from customers located in other countries. Our business is registered with the Canadian Government and we collect GST or HST (depending on your location) on all purchases made with Canadian billing addresses. Our GST/HST number will appear on your invoice. We do not collect Manitoba’s PST or Quebec’s QST and that is why we cannot accept orders from Manitoba or Quebec. For everyone outside of Canada, no tax is collected and you are responsible to pay any duties, fees or taxes associated with your purchase.

Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?

Yes, you may return any item (except prints), for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment as long as the item has not been used/worn and is still in the same condition as when it arrived.

How do I know what size hat or toque I need?

Can I commission you to make a specific item for me?

We welcome custom orders. If there is something you would like us to create for you, please email us your contact information and we’d be delighted to discuss the possibilities with you.

What if I want more hair clips than are currently available?

Stock numbers on the website reflect items that are already made and ready to ship. Often with the hair clips we have the supplies on hand to make more, so please be in touch if you require a larger quantity than what is listed as currently available.

Will the colour of the product I purchase be the same as what I see on my computer screen?

Just like when you walk into an electronics store and see a row of TVs all displaying the same channel but in slightly different colours, computer monitors also vary in calibration. The colours you see on your computer monitor or tablet or phone display will likely be very similar to the product you will receive, but if you have any concerns, please contact us ahead of placing your order.
